Our Zirbelstube invites you to linger with traditional German delicacies. Look forward to crispy fried chicken, gently braised beef roulade, golden brown Wiener Schnitzel, juicy fried brook trout, and our spicy goulash made from local game. To conclude, we spoil you with our Zirbelstube's Kaiserschmarrn – served with rum raisins, plum compote, and creamy vanilla ice cream from our Aroma Ice Cream Manufactory.
