OLIVA brings the flavors of various cultures to Marburg: handmade pasta, crispy stone oven pizza, and refined specialties from around the world. We also serve selected aperitifs, exquisite wines, and spirits perfectly matched to our dishes.

On the original Mibrasa charcoal grill, our specialties develop an unmistakable depth. The embers give meat, fish, and selected vegetarian creations a special intensity and a rich aroma reminiscent of modern grill culture. Craftsmanship, high-quality products, and a touch of urban fire form the foundation for a taste experience that leaves a lasting impression.

 

And our pasta is also traditionally made according to Italian recipes. Because fresh pasta tastes wonderful not only in Italy – but also with us. Crafted by hand and filled with the best ingredients, this creates our unmistakable pasta enjoyment.

Summer Feeling on Our Summer Terrace

On warm days, we serve all dishes on our sunny terrace. The relaxed atmosphere, vibrant ambiance, and view of the greenery create a place where one likes to linger and enjoy carefree hours.

BBQ from the Mibrasa Charcoal Grill

On our Mibrasa charcoal grill, meat, fish, and selected grill classics develop their distinctive aroma. The embers give the specialties a special depth and bring modern grill culture directly to the plate.

 

The focus is on high-quality cuts, carefully selected ingredients, and the taste of open fire. Whether it's flat iron steak, slowly cooked short ribs, Duroc spare ribs from the smoker, or the VILA VITA scampi pan, BBQ enjoyment with character is created here, precisely to the point and perfect for mild summer evenings on our terrace.

Monday to Friday: 6:00 - 10:00 AM 

Saturday and Sunday: 6:30 - 10:30 AM


Gastronomy Opening Hours:
Monday to Saturday from 12:00 - 2:00 PM and from 5:30 - 10:00 PM.
 


If OLIVA is closed, our Room Service will spoil you daily from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
