  • We recommend booking desired wellness treatments well in advance
  • From 01.01.2026, the city of Marburg will charge a tourism fee of 2.00 Euros per person per night. This fee is not included in the room price and will be charged additionally on-site. The amount will be forwarded by the hotel to the city of Marburg
  • Please note that parking fees of 27 € per night apply in our underground garage
  • The use of the spa area is possible from 3 pm on the day of arrival and until 11 am on the day of departure
  • Please book desired table reservations and wellness treatments well in advance, as availability cannot be guaranteed for short-term requests
  • Our in-house restaurant OLIVA is closed on Sundays from 10:30 am

  • Booking can be canceled free of charge up to 5 days before arrival
  • In case of no-show or short-term cancellation, 90% of the total price will be charged if we are unable to resell the rooms.
