Payment is due 2 weeks before arrival via payment link. Please note that the reservation is only guaranteed after payment. If we do not receive payment from you 2 weeks before arrival, the booking will be canceled without any further obligations. This will void any claim to the booking. You will receive the payment link in advance in a timely manner. 

 

The use of our underground garage is charged at EUR 27.00 per parking space/night. A reservation of the parking space is not possible.

 

Tourism Fee:

From 01.01.2026, the city of Marburg will charge a tourism fee of 2.00 € per person per night. This fee is included in the room price. The amount will be forwarded to the city of Marburg by us.

  • Please note that meals may take place in one of the other VILA VITA restaurants, depending on availability. We do not offer transfers to the respective restaurants
  • The contents of the arrangement are for a maximum of 2 adults
  • The services used by children are not included in the price and will be charged additionally

  • Free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival.
  • In case of no-show or short-term cancellation, 90% of the total price will be charged if we are unable to resell the rooms.
