All listed prices include the currently legally required VAT.

 

Payment is made 2 weeks before arrival via payment link. Please note that the reservation is only guaranteed after payment. If we have not received payment from you by 2 weeks before arrival, the booking will be canceled without any further obligations. The right to the booking thus expires. You will receive the payment link in advance in a timely manner. 

 

The use of our underground garage is charged at EUR 27.00 per parking space/night. A reservation of the parking space is not possible.

 

Tourism levy:

As of 01.01.2026, the city of Marburg will levy a tourism levy of 2.00 € per person per night. This fee is included in the room price. The amount is forwarded by us to the city of Marburg.

  • The contents of the arrangement apply to a maximum of 2 adults
  • The services used by the children are not included in the price and will be charged additionally

  • Free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival.
  • In case of no-show or short-term cancellation, 90% of the total price will be charged if we are unable to resell the rooms.
