For even more adventure in your own apartment, an additional tipi tent can be booked. A cozy retreat and a special highlight for children.

  • Valid upon request and availability (for the period from 03.10. - 06.11.2026) in our apartments.
  • From January 1, 2026, the city of Marburg will charge a tourism fee of 2.00 euros per person per night. This fee is not included in the room rate and will be charged additionally on site. The amount will be forwarded by the hotel to the city of Marburg
  • Please note that parking fees of 27 euros per night apply in our underground garage
  • The use of the spa area is possible from 3 pm on the day of arrival and until 11 am on the day of departure
  • Please book desired table reservations and wellness treatments well in advance, as availability cannot be guaranteed for short-term requests
  • Our in-house restaurant OLIVA is closed on Sundays from 10:30 am

  • Booking can be canceled free of charge up to 5 days before arrival
  • In case of no-show or short-term cancellation, 90% of the total price will be charged if we are unable to resell the rooms.
