Can I rebook or cancel my room?


Please refer to the General Terms and Conditions for the general cancellation policy. Individual contracts override the GTC agreements:

  • All individual bookings (bookings with BAR rate, CORP rate, individual bookings for call-off contingents) can be changed, canceled, or rebooked up to 3 days before arrival
  • For reservations, free cancellation is possible up to 3 days before arrival.
  • The special rate is only offered online and cannot be changed, canceled, or rebooked. The 100% prepayment policy applies here
  • General arrangement bookings can usually be changed, canceled, or rebooked up to 5 days before arrival
  • Event arrangements such as Christmas, New Year's Eve, country party have separate cancellation deadlines
  • Group bookings are excluded from this regulation


 

Where can I find information about my stay at Hotel Rosenpark in advance?

In our digital guest folder, you can already fill out your guest data in advance to shorten the check-in or obtain valuable information about your stay.


 

Is it possible to book an extra bed or baby cot?

 

It is possible to add up to two more people as well as provide a baby cot. From two children, we recommend booking the Deluxe category or an apartment. In general, a maximum of 2 adults and 3 children can stay in one room; from 4 children, you must book an additional room.

 

Up to what age can children stay for free?

Children up to and including 5 years old, including breakfast, stay for free. For children aged 6 to 11 years, 30 € per night including breakfast is charged. From 12 years, we charge 54 € per night including breakfast.

Can I bring my dog?

How far is the hotel from the University Hospital Marburg?

The clinic is about 7 km away and can be reached by bus and car.

 

Where is the nearest ATM?

Within a 5-minute walk, you will find the Sparkasse, Volksbank Mittelhessen, Postbank, and Reisebank.

 


 

Is there an underground garage? Up to what height is it allowed? What costs arise?

Our hotel underground garage, equipped with 121 parking spaces and a height of 2.10 m, is available to our guests and visitors for 3 € per hour and from the 8th hour with a daily rate per 24 hours for 27 €. The security of your vehicle is very important to us. Our underground garage is monitored 24/7 with modern cameras, so you can be sure that your car is well protected. This monitoring contributes to safety and protection against theft and vandalism.
In addition to camera surveillance, our underground garage is monitored at night by a security service and entrance and exit are locked from 10:00 p.m.

We are happy to park your car in our underground garage for you. 

  • Do you have e-charging stations? 

    A total of 8 charging stations are available to you.

  • Can I reserve a parking space with you?

    Reserving parking spaces is not possible.

  • Where can I park if the underground garage is full? 

    If our underground garage is once full, you are welcome to park in the nearby Parkhaus Nord in Furthstraße. This is about 200 m from the hotel.

  • Is the reception open continuously?

    Our reception is staffed 24 hours for you.

     

  • When can I check in and check out?

    The room is available to you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Upon request, we will provide you with the room from 6:00 a.m. This service is charged at 70% of the current daily rate.

     

    In our digital guest folder, you can already fill out your guest data in advance to shorten the check-in or obtain valuable information about your stay.

     

    The room is available to you until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. For 25 € per hour, you are welcome to leave the room at a later time. From 5:00 p.m., we charge a full daily rate.

     

  • What languages are spoken in your house?

    In principle, every employee speaks German and English. However, since we are a multicultural house, many different languages are spoken.

     

  • Can I store my luggage with you?

    We are happy to store your luggage in our luggage store before check-in and after check-out.

 


 

  • Do you have smoking rooms?

    We only have non-smoking rooms. You are welcome to smoke on our balconies and terraces.

     

  • Is the Wi-Fi free?

    We offer free Wi-Fi, simply confirm the GTCs for this.

     

  • Do you have barrier-free rooms?

    All our rooms are barrier-free. We also have rooms that have facilities for people with disabilities. You can find these rooms in the following categories:

  • Do all rooms in the hotel have air conditioning?

    Except for the "Comfort Lite" category, all rooms are air-conditioned.

     

  • Can I see the castle from my hotel room?

    Depending on the location, you have a view of the castle. 

     

  • Do you have allergy-friendly rooms?

    All our rooms are allergy-friendly. In addition, we have seven pure allergy rooms, in which there are no carpets, and the mattresses, as well as the bed linen, are equipped with mite-proof covers.

  • Do you offer a laundry service?

    Upon request, we are happy to take care of cleaning or ironing your laundry.

     

  • Do you provide a wake-up call service?

    Our reception team will be happy to wake you up by phone at a time of your choice.

     

  • Do you provide the morning newspaper?

    We are happy to bring you your desired newspaper in the morning to your room. You pay the price of the newspaper.

     

  • Are there different pillows?

    In our pillow menu, you can choose the optimal pillow for you.

    Restaurant OLIVA:

    Monday to Saturday from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 17:30 to 22:00

    If OLIVA is closed, we recommend our room service.

    Zirbelstube:
    in the winter months from Thursday to Monday: 17:00 to 22:00

     

    360° Bar & Lounge:
    Monday to Sunday from 18:00 to 02:00

     

  • Is breakfast included in the room price?

    A booking is possible both including and excluding breakfast. You are also welcome to add breakfast on site flexibly. We charge an additional fee of 29 € per person for this. 
     

  • What are the breakfast times?

    Monday - Friday: 6:00 to 10:00
    Saturday - Sunday: 06:30 to 10:30 
     

    You can also have breakfast in your room from 6:30 to 12:00.

     

  • Do you have lactose and gluten-free dishes? 

    Our kitchen team is happy to provide lactose and gluten-free dishes.

  • What are the opening hours?

    Gym/Fitness area:

    Monday - Sunday 6:00 to 21:00

    Pool area:

    Monday - Sunday 7:00 to 21:00

     

    Wellness area family times*:

    Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 11:30 and 15:00 - 16:30
    Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 16:30

    *During these times, families with children (0 - 12 years) have access to the steam bath and bio sauna. Based on mutual consideration and mindfulness, the pool area is available to families all day.

    Sauna*:

    Monday - Sunday: 9:00 - 21:00

    *The sauna area is a textile-free area. Therefore, it is available to our guests, except during family times, from 13 years old.
     

    Treatments:

    Monday - Sunday 8:00 to 20:00

    Treatments are also possible outside the regular treatment times upon request. If you would like to make an appointment, you are welcome to book it online, contact our spa team at 06421 6005-199, or send an email to wellness@vilavita.com (desired treatment, period, name, phone number).

     

  • From what age can you use the wellness area?

    The pool area can only be used by children up to 14 years old when accompanied by parents. The fitness area is also only accessible to teenagers up to 16 years old under parental supervision. Entry to our saunas is possible from 13 years old. Access to the textile-free area is not permitted outside of family time before the age of 13 is reached.

     

  • Can I still use the spa after check-out? 

    For early wellness use before 3:00 p.m. and late wellness use after 11:00 a.m., we charge an additional fee of 19 € per person.

     

  • Do I need swimwear?

    The sauna area is a textile-free zone. However, the pool can only be used with swimwear.

     

  • Do I need my own towels?

    We are happy to provide you with a bathrobe, towels, and bath slippers. 

 


 

  • Are there shopping opportunities near the hotel?

    There are several bakeries, pharmacies, and our pleasure center VITA essentials in the immediate vicinity.

     

  • Does Marburg offer shopping opportunities?

    In the old town and city center, you will find several shopping centers as well as many smaller shops with various offers. Find more about it here
