the name MIZU means "water" in Japanese and is inspired by our direct location on the Lahn. at MIZU, you can expect a "best of Asia" with popular classics such as the Japanese sushi and sashimi tradition or Korean specialties.

unser konzept besticht durch eine variabilität der speisen, ideal also, um dem beliebten „sharing-konzept“, dem „izakaya“ eine große bedeutung einzuräumen. der fokus der speisekarten liegt auf frischem fisch und gemüse aus nachhaltigem anbau, aber auch klassiker wie das berühmte „wagyu beef“ fehlen selbstverständlich nicht.

unsere MIZU bar verspricht eine große auswahl an traditionellen asiatischen spirituosen. ob für den kenner oder den interessierten neuling: sochu, yuzu liköre, umeshu oder auch japanischer whiskey, trester und gin und natürlich der klassische sake, der japanische reiswein.

order the popular sashimi, nigiri, and sushi variations for pickup to enjoy at home. enjoy our high-quality dishes – without any effort, but with the same quality and variety you are used to from us. the order is placed online as well as the payment processing, either via PayPal or credit card, so that payment traffic is eliminated upon pickup. orders can be placed up to one day before the desired pickup and dishes can be picked up on the desired day between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM at the restaurant.
