You have the choice between four training professions:

• Cook: From the idea to the plate – creating dishes, purchasing ingredients, developing menus, and of course, perfect presentation. With us, you will get to know various stations, from the garde manger to the patisserie.

• Restaurant Specialist: Host with passion – welcoming guests, advising, serving food & drinks, accompanying events, and ensuring smooth operations.

• Hotel Specialist: All-rounder with an overview – reception, housekeeping, accounting, service, and event organization. With us, you go through all areas and are always close to the guest.

• Hotel Clerk: Organizational talent in the background – focusing on administration, planning, and commercial processes, complemented by insights into service, kitchen, and reception.

• Practical: You regularly switch departments so that you get to know all facets of hotel management and gastronomy.

• Theory: Block classes at the Käthe-Kollwitz School in Marburg, with additional classes in Frankfurt for hotel clerks from the second year.

• Support: Additional training such as wine, barista, or champagne training. Exam preparation as a team and individual support by trainers.

• Experiences: Trainee excursions like geocaching, wine tastings, bowling, or ice skating – shared experiences that bond.
