Experience Your Wedding Before It Begins

What does it feel like to say "I do" in the garden, toast with an aperitif in the courtyard, and then celebrate in a festively set barn? On a guided tour through Hofgut, you will experience your potential wedding day from the first arrival to the joint celebration – compressed into about two to two and a half hours.

 

All rooms and outdoor areas are designed as if for a real wedding. Selected service providers integrate with floristry, stationery, music, and many loving details directly into the setting. Additionally, you will enjoy high-quality food and drinks, let the special atmosphere take effect, and feel how your own wedding at Hofgut could look, taste, and sound.

 

After the tour, there is enough time to discuss your personal questions with the service providers and our event team.

Choose the Start of Your Wedding Day

For your Wedding Experience, there are three tour start times to choose from:

  • 10:00 AM
  • 12:30 PM
  • 3:00 PM

 

Each tour lasts about two hours and takes you through the entire Hofgut. High-quality food and drinks are included during the experience. Please arrive ten minutes before the start at the meeting point in front of the Kulturscheune. Since we design each tour personally, the number of participants is limited, and prior registration is required.

 

Do you want to enjoy the day a little longer afterward? Then it's best to reserve a table early at the nearby Waldschlösschen or in the Trattoria NONNA. The culinary samples during the tour are part of the experience but do not replace a full meal.

FAQ

The day is especially for couples who want to get married in 2027 or 2028 and are looking for a suitable wedding location. Even if you are just starting your planning, you are warmly welcome.

You are not visiting a classic fair with many individual stands. Instead, you will experience Hofgut as it could feel on your wedding day. Some selected partners showcase their work directly within the staged wedding.

The entry to the Weddingpartie costs 15 euros per person. The price includes the guided tour through Hofgut, the entire experience program with the service providers, as well as selected high-quality food and drinks.

You can choose one of the three tour starts when purchasing a ticket.

The guided wedding experience lasts about 2 hours. Within this tour, you will experience the complete program of the Weddingpartie. Afterwards, you have time to discuss your personal questions with the service providers and our event team. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before the start of your tour.

If you decide on your wedding at Hofgut Dagobertshausen on the event day, the night surcharge for your celebration will be waived. Depending on the duration of your celebration, you can save a four-digit amount. We will discuss the exact conditions and possible time frame with you personally on-site.

Yes, of course, you can visit the Weddingpartie together with companions. Please note that each participant needs their own ticket at the price of 15 euros.

There are ample parking spaces available. The spacious parking lot is located about 500 m from Hofgut Dagobertshausen towards Elnhausen, so you can conveniently reach the meeting point at the Kulturscheune on foot.
