Sake is much more than a drink. It is an integral part of Japanese culinary culture and surprises with a variety worth discovering.
On these evenings, we invite you to a special tasting evening at MIZU. With a four-course Omakase menu, you will experience a carefully coordinated sake tasting, expertly accompanied by a sake sommelier.
What to expect
For the main course, you can choose between fish or meat. You will also taste a sparkling sake, three other selected sakes, and a digestif. Water and information material from Ueno Gourmet are also included.
This creates an evening where cuisine and sake engage in dialogue and open up new taste experiences.
