The 12th Landpartie at Hofgut Dagobertshausen

Since 2013, numerous famous chefs have wielded the cooking spoons in Dagobertshausen, transforming the small town in the Upper Hessian Highlands into a culinary metropolis and gourmet stronghold: for example, Steffen Henssler, Stefan Marquard, Frank Rosin, Tim Raue, Christian Hümbs, Roland Trettl, Alfons Schuhbeck, Kolja Kleeberg, Nelson Müller, or Juan Amador - to name just a few.

On June 28, 2026, the country outing enters the next round.

Johann Lafer

When you meet Johann Lafer, you immediately feel his dedication to culinary arts. His face beams with enthusiasm, and his eyes sparkle with energy. It's as if he can already taste the aromas and textures of the ingredients in the air. His extraordinary talent for combining traditional dishes with modern elements is a true delight for every gourmet.

Sally

Sally stands for closeness, warmth, and genuine kitchen craftsmanship. As a trained pastry chef, she inspires millions with understandable, everyday recipes full of attention to detail. For her, food is an expression of family, home, and community.

Frank Rosin

Frank is a good friend and has been accompanying our Country Outing since the beginning. He was one of our first "kitchen stars". We look forward to him, his wit, his warmth, and of course, his great culinary expertise.

Nelson Müller

For him, Dagobertshausen is a piece of home, and our Country Outing is a heartfelt affair. "Food should make you happy" is his credo, which couldn't be more accurate. And we are sure he will make us and especially you, dear guests, happy this year with his refined culinary arts and soul.

In the culinary world, Christian Rach has made an excellent name for himself. As a star chef and restaurant critic, he has spent countless hours in the kitchen perfecting dishes and delighting people's senses. At our Country Outing, he will also cook his way into your hearts with his fine culinary diversity.

Lucki Maurer

Lucki Maurer - chef, entrepreneur, cattle breeder, and simply a true original. Between Metal and Michelin, he combines wildness with heart, professionalism with down-to-earthness. We are thrilled that he is once again part of our Country Outing!

A dancer before and behind the pots - that's Ali Güngörmüş. Since his debut two years ago, he has delighted with refined, modern cuisine inspired by his Turkish roots. His creative signature and fine sense of flavors make each of his dishes a sensual experience.

For the second time with us: TV chef Mike Süsser. With lots of charm, international experience, and creative ideas, he brings the flavors of the world to the plate. We look forward to his inspiring passion for enjoyment.

Stefan Marquard

He is a revolutionary, rebel, rock chef, and stands for better cuisine. He is one of the "wild ones" of haute cuisine and even makes "fast food healthy". An innovative kitchen eccentric and likeable provocateur with a big heart.

Pub child, youngest star chef, and a jack-of-all-trades in culinary arts. He is not about prizes, awards, or stars, he is about one of the most beautiful things in the world: cooking and enjoying together. And we are sure you will enjoy his cuisine at our Country Outing.

She is the "Grande Dame" of nationwide culinary arts - the wonderful Cornelia Poletto. The charming Hanseatic woman asserts herself in the "men's world" of gastronomy - with a wink and charm and once again brings the finest culinary delights.

Haja Molcho

In 2025, we welcomed Haya Molcho, a pioneer of modern Levantine cuisine, to our Country Outing family. Her vibrant, cosmopolitan cuisine tells stories and connects flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean with influences from around the world.

Wolfgang Otto

Otto Gourmet is the name of his company and stands for pure meat enjoyment. So juicy and so tender is his prime quality that only a fork is needed to portion the beef. Look forward to the highest enjoyment, personally created by the "ambassador" of the new meat trend.

Saskia Bos

Saskia and Ralf Bos, kings of German gourmet food, set trends in food and drink, track down culinary desires worldwide, discover the unknown, and convert all old-fashioned thinking restaurateurs. Of course, BOS FOOD is a must at every Country Outing. And so we look forward to the culinary souvenirs from Saskia Bos.

Hans Neuner

Hans Neuner, 2-star chef and colleague from "our own stable" the Restaurant Ocean from the VILA VITA Parc in Portugal. He takes the long journey from the Algarve to us in the Upper Hessian Highlands to surprise and pamper us with his excellent culinary arts.

Marcel Speidel

An engineer and real trained "Asador", a grill master who learned his craft in Uruguay. Meat sommelier and inventor of the BBQ basket. He is celebrated with his "flying chickens". He stands for uncompromisingly good quality, highest appreciation of his partners, and always good humor. We look forward to welcoming the grill master to our Country Outing.

Gastronomer with passion, steak sommelier, a god at the smoker, and now for the second time at our Country Outing: David Pietralla. He inspires with his dedication to the best meat and fresh, local ingredients, and with every steak creation he tells a story full of aromas and perfection. Your cuisine will conquer our hearts again, dear David!

Markus Rüsch

Markus Rüsch runs the traditional house AKI in the third generation, Germany's number 1 for caviar, and has revolutionized aquaculture caviar production with his tireless quality standards. At our Country Outing, you can look forward to a very special caviar experience - thank you, Markus!

Germany's most significant Food & Wine Festival - a Sunday full of magic

11th Dagobertshausen Landpartie

What a day! The 11th Dagobertshausen Country Outing once again demonstrated why it is considered Germany's most significant Food & Wine Festival.

 

Under the radiant summer sun, Hofgut Dagobertshausen became the stage for culinary highlights, genuine encounters, and an atmosphere that is second to none. 25 top chefs - including Haya Molcho, Alexander Herrmann, Nelson Müller, and Cornelia Poletto - thrilled with refined creations from around the world. In addition: fine wines from top winemakers, relaxed live music, and guests who enjoyed the moment with all their senses. The Country Outing is more than a gourmet event - it is a way of life. A day that connects. That inspires. That remains.

 

We thank everyone who made this festival possible - especially our great team.
The date for 2026 is already set: The 12th Country Outing will take place on June 28, 2026.
