With the start of the festive season, our estate transforms into a magical Christmas wonderland again. Our lovingly designed Advent Market kicks off from November 7th to 8th – ideal for experiencing the first Christmas anticipation and discovering special treasures. 

In the following Advent weekends, our Dagobertshausen Christmas Market traditionally opens its doors and bathes the entire area in a wonderfully romantic light. During Advent, we begin a time to reflect on what truly matters in life: Our friends and family! And what more do you need than a few delicious hot drinks and snacks, along with the atmosphere of a Christmas wonderland, to spend quality time with your loved ones?!

We do not want to miss out on the joy of our guests and the smiles of children when they see our energy-saving LED Christmas lights.

Even during the planning of our estate, we placed importance on ensuring our electricity is "clean" and that we become increasingly independent from the power grid. Through photovoltaics on our roofs, we produce over 130,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity annually. In the future, even up to 300,000 KW. We reduce the operation of our Christmas lights to our opening hours. Our sustainable woodchip system produces all the heat and hot water using wood from our forests. Highly efficient heat pumps support the air conditioning and hot water supply.
