This declaration on accessibility applies to the website of Vila Vita Marburg SE published under vilavitamarburg.de.

Implementation of Accessibility Requirements

The assessment is based on a self-evaluation using the Accessibility Tool from AccessGO.

Based on this review, the website is partially accessible with the aforementioned requirements.

Specifically, the following points are not fully compliant with the applicable accessibility regulations for us:

• Barrier: Redundant adjacent links with identical targets.
• Barrier: Redundant title text on an element.
• Barrier: Some buttons are empty or do not contain descriptive text.
• Barrier: Unclear or meaningless link text on a link.
• Barrier: A text section is underlined even though it is not a clickable link.
• Barrier: Some form fields do not have correctly assigned text labels. 

Planned Handling of the Mentioned Barriers

 We are already working on resolving these barriers. 

Note on PDF Files

Some PDF documents provided on the website (e.g., brochures, menus) are currently not fully prepared to be accessible.

These files have structural and technical limitations – including missing heading structures, undefined reading orders, missing alternative texts for graphic content, or untagged tables. As a result, they are only limitedly usable with assistive technologies.

Currently, it is not possible for us, for organizational and economic reasons, to provide all existing PDF documents in a fully accessible manner. However, we strive to publish new documents in an accessible form as much as possible in the future.
