Sold out, exuberant, extraordinary: The 12th Dagobertshausen Landpartie celebrated the great stage of enjoyment

From 12 to 7 PM, there was tasting, marveling, toasting, laughing, and feasting. Between wine stands, live music, and food stations, the special mix for which the country outing stands was created: approachable, high-quality, summery, and wonderfully informal.

A lineup you don't encounter every day in this form and constellation

This year, too, the culinary lineup read like a who's who of the German top cuisine. Among others, Johann Lafer, Alexander Herrmann, Frank Rosin with daughter Marlene, Nelson Müller, Sebastian and "Mama" Lege, Christian Rach, Lucki Maurer, Ali Güngörmüş, The Duc Ngo, Mike Süsser, Stefan Marquard, Ralf Zacherl, Cornelia Poletto, Hans Neuner, Daniel Gottschlich, and Kang Dai Song were present.

A special crowd puller was Sally Özcan, who has long created her own world of enjoyment as Sally's World. At the country outing, she brought sweet energy to the estate and served Red Velvet cupcakes with quark cream, crumble, Dagobertshausen raspberry, and fine white chocolate. A dessert that looked like summer, craftsmanship, and good mood both visually and in taste.

At the other stations, too, enjoyment was not simply served, but celebrated. Alexander Herrmann presented roasted venison saddle with pickled sugar beet, red beet spice powder, Bavarian cabbage kimchi, and roasted hazelnut oil. Johann Lafer relied on marinated grilled sea bass with lemon pepper sauce and red beet risotto. Frank and Marlene Rosin brought depth, spice, and comfort to the plate with their Australian Pie with Boeuf Bourguignon. Sebastian and Mama Lege showed with Mama Lege's mini meatballs and roasted onion potato salad that even seemingly simple classics can make a big appearance.

Enjoyment with great ease

It is precisely this mix that makes the Dagobertshausen Landpartie special. Here, top cuisine meets estate atmosphere, fine dining meets festival feeling, and big names meet real closeness. Guests engaged in conversations with the chefs, discovered new products, tasted wines, and enjoyed a summer day that made no culinary compromises.

"The Landpartie is a very emotional moment for us every year. It's not just about bringing big names to Dagobertshausen. It's about making enjoyment tangible, bringing people together, and showing the power hospitality can have," says Michael Hamann, board member of VILA VITA Marburg. "When you see how guests, chefs, winemakers, and our team celebrate this day together, you know why we do it."

Frank Rosin also expressed his enthusiasm for the special atmosphere at the estate: "The country outing has something you can't plan. Here is quality, but without distance. People come for the food, stay for the atmosphere, and leave with a smile. That's exactly how enjoyment should be."

Great wines, strong partners, and a lot of craftsmanship

Besides the kitchen, wine also played a central role. International and national top addresses ensured that every dish found its perfect companion. Among them were Markus Schneider, Weingut Diel, Robert Weil, Cantina Terlan, AIX Rosé, Domaines Ott, Daumas Gassac, Masi, Graham's Port, Grappa Nonino, and many other producers.

The program was complemented by selected manufactories and gourmet brands such as Swiss Balik, Butter Boyz, Altona Caviar, Flor de Sal Es Trenc, Degustation Reggiano Parmigiano, AROMA ice cream factory, Aceto Balsamico Giusti, and other partners. They all made the country outing a place where products were not only presented but explained, tasted, and celebrated with passion.

The appropriate soundtrack was provided by live acts such as The Strikes, Quinta Feira, and Jay & Friends. This created an atmosphere between culinary stations, wine bars, and summer outdoor areas that was sometimes relaxed, sometimes lively, but always special.

After seven hours full of moments of enjoyment, encounters, and culinary highlights, one thing remains above all: The Dagobertshausen Landpartie is more than a festival. It is a statement for hospitality, quality, and the joy of celebrating good food not in silence, but together.
