One Year of Restaurant MIZU: A Success Story with Outstanding Feedback

Marburg, March 24, 2025 – A year ago, the Asian Fusion Restaurant MIZU opened its doors in Marburg and has since established itself as a fixture in the upscale dining scene. With a unique combination of craftsmanship perfection, innovative Asian cuisine, and a stylish ambiance, MIZU delights both guests and critics alike. Outstanding ratings of 4.9 stars on Google and 4.7 stars on Tripadvisor underscore the ongoing success and exceptional quality of the concept.

The innovative sharing concept following the Izakaya tradition, which allows guests to enjoy a variety of dishes in a convivial setting, is particularly appreciated. Classics like Wagyu Beef, Yakitori Chicken, and Black Cod from the Robata grill, as well as creative sushi variations and innovative creations like the Peking Roll with duck and hoisin sauce, are very popular. Head chef Kang Dai Song, who previously worked in renowned restaurants like “Narisawa” in Tokyo and “Disfrutar” in Barcelona, focuses on a combination of craftsmanship perfection, high-quality ingredients, and creative interpretations of Asian classics.

 

Successful with To-Go Service
Since November 2024, MIZU has been offering a To-Go Service that allows guests to conveniently order high-quality sushi, sashimi, and nigiri variations online and pick them up at the restaurant. This service has proven to be another success and is enjoying increasing demand.
