Marburg, April 11, 2025 – It was a culinary evening as it is written in the books: “Feix meets Herrmann” attracted gourmets from near and far to the Marburg Dining Room on April 11, 2025, where star chef Denis Feix and the renowned 2-star chef Alexander Herrmann joined forces – with great success.
It was clear from the reception: This was not just about food, but about experience. Both chefs personally welcomed their guests, took time for conversations, and immediately created a warm, relaxed, yet high-class atmosphere.
The menu reflected the signatures of both chefs – each course expressed the individual signature of the respective kitchen. The dishes complemented each other pleasantly and resulted in a harmonious culinary overall picture.
“Every course has a story, which I will of course tell beforehand. And from time to time, I will also come to the table for a chat with you. I am looking forward to a fantastic evening, I am very grateful to have been so wonderfully received here tonight by the Feix family and in the Marburg Dining Room,” said Alexander Herrmann at the reception.

The menu was accompanied by a first-class curated wine arrangement by restaurant manager Kathrin Feix, which ideally supported the fine aromas of the star chefs. The conclusion: A thoroughly successful evening that scored with the guests with good food, personal closeness, and a harmonious atmosphere.
