11th Dagobertshausen Landpartie

Marburg, July 6, 2025 – The Dagobertshausen Landpartie has now become one of Germany's most significant food events – and set new standards once again with its 11th edition. Today, Sunday, pleasure lovers flocked to the picturesque Dagobertshausen estate to enjoy the finest culinary delights in the open air.

Top chefs from home and abroad served creative dishes at the highest level – accompanied by excellent wines, relaxed live music, and a unique atmosphere.

The audience was particularly excited about this year's premiere of Haya Molcho, the well-known restaurateur and founder of NENI. With her urban creations inspired by Tel Aviv, she brought a new world of flavors to Dagobertshausen. At her stand, she served, among other things, Neni’s hummus with grilled eggplant, tahina, and tadbila.

Among the regulars of the event is Alexander Herrmann, who once again delighted with his down-to-earth, regionally rooted cuisine. He pampered guests with pink roasted lamb loin, a cream of black garlic, crispy pepper, and leek puree. “What began in the summer of 2013 as a small kitchen party in the countryside with TV chefs Frank Rosin and Alfons Schuhbeck in front of around 500 guests has now blossomed into probably the most significant Food & Wine Festival in Germany.

This year, 25 star chefs will pamper us, along with top producers and over 20 top winemakers from all over Europe. It is no coincidence that the TV chefs present now refer to the Dagobertshausen Landpartie as the `Wacken of Culinary Arts`, notes Michael Hamann, founder of the Dagobertshausen Country Outing and managing director of VILA VITA.

Other highlights included:

Frank Rosin with a small delicacy of cucumber and ayran, cleverly combined with avocado and papaya. Nelson Müller with salmon from the tavern, red shrimp, and sea urchin. Cornelia Poletto with her "Crispy Risotto", a crispy risotto alla Milanese with tender ossobuco and classic gremolata.

Kang Dai Song (MIZU) with a rainbow salmon taco, refined with smoked teriyaki, yuzu apple, and edamame. Guests could enjoy wines from renowned wineries – including the Bolzano winery, the Sicilian winery Agricola Donnafugata, Domaines Barons de Rothschild from France, the Tuscan winery Tenuta Vallocaia, and the Spanish winery Bodegas Conde Valdemar. “Summery joie de vivre in a beautiful Upper Hessian landscape, a unique atmosphere, and a colorful mix of guests from near and far.

Every single guest enjoys and becomes part of a very special Sunday afternoon. The Landpartie elevates Marburg and Dagobertshausen to the national gastro stage”, summarizes Michael Hamann. The official ticket sale for the 12th Country Outing on June 28, 2026, starts on December 1, 2025, at 10:00 am via www.hofgut-dagobertshausen.com. It's worth being quick, as the tickets sell out within minutes every year.
